We respect your privacy. When you purchase a product or enter a contest, we collect your name, mailing address, and contact information to:

Notify you if you win a prize

If entering without a purchase, we will also require a photocopy or scan of valid government-issued ID to verify age and residency. This information is only used to administer the contest and is never shared, sold, or reused for marketing.
2. Contest Disclaimer
This giveaway is a promotional contest and not a lottery, sweepstakes, or gambling activity.
Participation is free with purchase or through a no-purchase alternative entry (details below). By entering, you agree to the terms and rules of the contest.
3. How It Works
For every $20 CAD spent on product, you receive 1 free contest entry ticket.
Example: $120 purchase = 6 tickets.
Tickets are entered into the active prize draw.
When the required number of tickets has been distributed (the “ticket goal”), one ticket is randomly drawn.
The selected winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to claim their prize.
4. Eligibility
You must be a legal resident of Canada and have reached the age of majority in your province or territory:
18 years old in: Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and Saskatchewan
- 19 years old in: British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, and Yukon Minors (under the age of majority) are not eligible to enter or claim prizes.
5. Prize Conditions
All prizes must be accepted as awarded – no cash substitutes or exchanges.
Prizes are non-transferable. The person named on the winning ticket must claim the prize and answer the skill-testing question.
Proof of identity may be required before releasing a prize.

Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
You may request one (1) free entry per person for the entire contest. Additional mail-in entries will not be accepted. If you make a purchase, this step is not required.
7. Winner Notification & Prize Claiming
The winning ticket will be drawn once the prize ticket goal is reached.
The chosen entrant will be contacted by email and phone and will have 7 days to respond.
To claim the prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer a skill-testing question.
If the winner does not respond in time or fails to answer correctly, a new winner will be drawn.
8. Right to Modify, Cancel, or Suspend
ALLREC.CA reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any contest at any time, for any reason, in accordance with applicable Canadian law.
